I’m about to start week 4 of C25K. There’s a line on the NHS website that I think about often:
“You will have good runs and bad runs – accept it, and don't spend too much time analysing the how and why. Even a bad run is good for you.”
I like this very much.

Swimming is the same. And it's true whether you're a great swimmer, a good swimmer or a poor swimmer. I suspect it's true of just about everything.
