There is an even stronger argument embedded in my thread, that I didn’t make explicit.
Anyone who knows my writing knows that I am able to synthesise large amounts of information into my pieces.

I also feel that spending too much time on ONLY PS is not worth it.

I’m afraid not. My process is idiosyncratic, and I basically pull out elements from Tiago’s methods to integrate and test into my personal practice. I evaluate by total personal output; I don’t bother with following methodology closely.
I'm halfway through your interview with Compound and hoping you elaborate a bit on your process 😅.
Lot's of concepts that you talk about I really agree with though (especially the practice is the bar for truth)!

I like Tiago and 's+'s and 's work on productivity, and I've used bits of their ideas to make my work better! To be honest, I don't think I have anything new to offer here that they haven't already covered. 😄
