It is just so good! The tacit knowledge bits have been such a revelation. I have learned so much on my own and via reading but it was a reminder that there are things missing even near impossible to convey. Plus people don't show workings so you need to dig deeper

Knew about the showing workings bit which is why I try to get as much context and history about stuff I learn but I hadn't grokked how important tacit knowledge can be and that I need to seek it out and pay attention to it.
