Anyone read Chaos by James Gleick?
Sapolsky called it the most influential book he had ever read during the intro bio lecture.
He said 25% of students find it waste of time, half don't get it, 25% it's life-changing influence on thinking.
(That's how you sell a book)

and have only good things to say about that book as well. It's really high on my toread; but I haven't started it yet.
I really enjoyed it! Gleick is a wonderful writer and it's written very of the moment as chaos/complexity was becoming a thing.
Some if it probably kind of obvious now but still well worth the read IMO.
His book "The Information" is one of my all time favorites.
