I think I first learned about RPD from 'Thinking, Fast and Slow', but I hadn't looked at it in-depth. Lots of lessons for personal practice, also a great perspective when doing user research in a complex domain.

I LOVE that you caught on to the implications for user research — not a lot of people who've read the series immediately linked the RPD model to its applications in software design. But it is one of the major applications of the model.
