just saw your post on tacit knowledge and y its more important than deliberate practice. Reminds me of the whole aristotelian distinction between Techne (skills) and Episteme (scientific knowledge)... The field of Training talks about this a lot..

Yes I used to use techne to describe this, but eventually switched to tacit knowledge, since there's been more discourse on the topic (organisational tacit knowledge, for instance).
