On the one hand, I appreciate that

has a great support, apps/web, and great banking foundations (e.g., cheap and fast international transfers). But I hate how bad their rates are. Forcing me to deal with other painful-to-use banks.

I find the local banks have good rates and are really fast for HK. Maybe it makes more sense for other countries. I'll compare with it next time though.
