People are asking what my favorite cookbook is right now. These two in the picture are currently tied for first place. I have a yellow marker on a recipe I will cook tomorrow. My favorite Seattle chefs include Holly Smith, Tom Douglas, Jacky Lo and the crew at Pho Bac Súp Shop.
