I got about ~40% faster solving sudoku after casually watching an hour of YouTube (turns out sudoku YouTube is a thing) and now I’m wondering how many other things in life are shaped like this.

FWIW, video instruction and study is a huge part of modern Judo training, and it wasn't a thing when I was still competing. What's changed? Widespread access to Judo competition videos via Youtube, of course!
