Businesses that are hiring now are either 1) amazing businesses, or 2) headed by leaders who don’t understand cash flow, or 3) headed by leaders who understand cash flow, but are ridiculously optimistic, or 4) have a lot of dry powder to burn. Am I missing out on any others?

Moderately optimistic but understand that talent makes or breaks the company, and want to take the opportunity to get talent into the company now
