1) amazing businesses, or
2) headed by leaders who don’t understand cash flow, or
3) headed by leaders who understand cash flow, but are ridiculously optimistic, or
4) have a lot of dry powder to burn.
Am I missing out on any others?

5) effectively government backed (ex: banks that implement fiscal policy/newly legislated lending)
6) coping with demand spikes (ex: telemedicine providers, delivery services)

5) is interesting. Is this happening in the US? Most if not all G-linked corporations in Singapore+Malaysia have cut back on spending/froze hiring.
6 is great. May not be great businesses, but definitely hiring.
7) Related to front-line pandemic work and funded.
