Singapore announced a $48B fiscal package that made my jaw drop:
- suspended tertiary student loans and government fees/charges for a year, HDB mortgage arrears for 3 months
- giving freelancers up to $9000 in $3000 payouts quarterly
completely financed with savings(yes, 0 debt)
