It’s been difficult to maintain productivity during this lockdown. I can normally ignore the news to do work, but this is one of the rare times where what’s in the news ACTUALLY affects my life.
So, right now, a huge chunk of my time is spent reading the news. 😔

Same. Getting so sick of the vortex. How far is Singapore from being back to normal? Or are you watching for the 2nd order effect in the news?

I'm currently stuck in Malaysia, haha, which is on lockdown. Life in Singapore is more normal — at least, that's what all my friends are saying. I was hoping to be back in SG by early April, but it looks like that plan's changing again.

Is it me or are Singaporeans … taking this a little too lightly? 😳
Possible
Never know if over react but will know eventually if we under react
Given most new cases in SG have been imported and detected upon entry with the mandatory swab tests & 2x growth rate > 6 days (~10 days) according to
I’ll say so far so good

Ok mea culpa the stats for sg now is ~8 days to 2x cases at ourworldindata.org/coronavirus#gr
I also recommend looking at the interactive graph for trajectory of growth after 100 confirmed cases in same webpage
