So just a random question, but if there were a population immune to coronavirus that intentionally took coronavirus-infected fabric to a highly-susceptible population and successfully killed millions of people, would that be called genocide?

I appreciate the historical thrust of your questioning, but I think coronaviruses are a bad example to use, even as a hypothetical — they don't spread via fomites.
