This is a great thread, and puts into words some of the doubts I have about remote work. I think the verdict’s still out on the pros and cons of going remote. I can’t wait to see the conclusions once this initial wave of adoption, experimentation and research is over.

Thanks! Just to be clear, I do think there’s plenty of info out there about the pros & cons. This is one aspect that is less resolved. I think remote work will be a net win for a lot of companies, but they should go into it with eyes wide open & a clear sense of the tradeoffs.
