Only read the reviews and it’s on my list... but a little unsure if it will just be buzz word fluff

It’s interesting, but it could also just be a long form article. Referring so much to single studies and anecdotes as evidence feels kinda silly by now and a lot of the stories also aren’t THAT entertaining or interesting.
