Ah summaries. You would not believe the lousy questions/emails/whatever I get from folks who have read a summary and think they get it. I spent a year condensing my book to as short as I could get. Summaries kind of bum me out. imo they dumb down all the good/important stuff

If it took me years to write (and a decade before that to get the concepts straight in my head), no way a few page summary is going to capture the good stuff. Yours is like that too - there is no shortcut way to read that book and get what you're trying to say.

I think it goes deeper than that, there is no shortcut way to put into practice what you’ve written about (save for actually hiring you to apply your ideas to a company). I’ll strengthen the disclaimer at the top of my summary to reflect that. Sorry about this.

I really appreciate that you say it clearly at the top that folks should read the book. I tried hard to make it practical to follow the process without me but it's not easy if you are new to it (very possible, but not easy).
