what’s your workflow for writing these weekly? That’s a cadence I want to get into for my long delayed rebooted website

I have a Tuesday deadline because that’s when I send out my newsletter. Sometimes I have the post planned out. Sometimes I don’t, and I hit Monday in a panic. But 9 times out of 10 it gets done.
If you have a newsletter I’d be happy to be a subscriber, for deadline pressure! 😊

The short pieces don’t take more than 2-3 hours. The longer ones can be up to 18 hours, I’m afraid.

It’s usually split over multiple nights. But the longer ones are driven by curiosity, so it doesn’t feel like work. (None of the longer ones recently were intentional — I did do a few series intentionally in the beginning, but these days it’s like falling into a rabbit hole.)
