Plomin’s work on behavioural genetics is like a mind virus.
So, for instance, I’m finally getting around to reading ’s amazing summary of The Body Keeps The Score, but a small voice whispers, at the back of my brain: “how much of this is genetic?”

(In practice, of course, it probably doesn’t matter. You can’t change your genetics; statistical predictors don’t predict well for the individual, and so you should discount it. But boy is it difficult to unsee Plomin’s work once you start.)
