Finally able to archive this project. 😄
I think the biggest lesson I learnt while writing Keep Your People is that writing a book is VERY different from writing a blog. KYP is only 32k words (half of typical published book, and ~13 blog posts) but I struggled all the way.

Sure! Psychologically, writing to an outline that makes a set of arguments across ~30-60k words is a lot harder than writing a self contained piece that you know you’ll be done with in a couple of hours/days. Leads to a lot of self doubt, pointless editing, and procrastination.

Makes sense tbh. Sort of like a marathon vs a sprint. At least in a sprint you know it ends soon. On heats on getting it finished 👏🏽
