Yes, I’m aware that a lot of Apple Stores look similar. I’ve seen plenty. I find this one unique not because of the first floor but the below ground which opens up into a massive area 3x the size, with super high ceilings and massive glass doors opening into an underground mall

Also, yes, you can pay by yourself in the US, but no, you certainly cannot in Asia. This concludes my round of explaining my original tweet in a certainly futile attempt to have it explained to me.

You can in Singapore! I was surprised and delighted that I could use the Apple app to self checkout when buying a watch strap in the Orchard store a few months back. Thanks for the photos — they’re gorgeous.
