World Backup Day and all - remember: even unregistered, SuperDuper! can make full, bootable backups. And it doesn't expire, cookie your system, prevent restoration, or anything like that. Plus - even unregistered, I provide support. So there's no excuse. Back up. (And register.)

My current backup flow is use a Western Digital hard disk then turn on time machine every 2 weeks. U recommend Super duper over this?

I recommend SuperDuper over Time Machine, yes. SD gives you a bootable drive; recovering is crazy easy, and in the worse case you can always connect a Mac to your external HDD and boot from it. For file recovery I use Arq, tied to S3.
