Running an experiment where I'm using Twitter as write-only on the computer (via Buffer). Intention is to turn the Macbook into a create-only machine; consumption can be pushed to the iPhone and iPad.

This is a fair point. Hmm. That said, I spend less and less time on Twitter on my phone these days, perhaps because Twitter nerfed 3rd party apps. (I’m on Tweetbot, and an ardent supporter)

I’ve been trialling something like this for a way, where is designate certain devices for creating vs consuming. Laptop = create, iPad, iPhone = consume.
