I don't get why so many public descriptions of deliberate practice are so bad. Can't get it to work reliably in my practice.
There seems to a conceptual leap from "this is what deliberate practice is" to "here is how to apply it".

Going to try Kathy Sierra’s formulation, which I’m hopeful is the most useful: get to 95% consistency within 3 sessions of 45 to 90 minutes each.
