I also used to think running a consulting agency was necessarily not good. I recently changed my mind when I realise it was a not well-tested belief.

Oh, I still believe the upside for consulting agencies are limited. As someone wise puts it: you can’t get rich if you’re trading time for money. (Note how so much of the playbook is about dampening the effects of trading time for money.)
