Papert’s key insight is that humans learn by building on what they already know. That explains why some explanations click for some people, but do not for others. It means you can’t have a curriculum. Instead, build tools that detect and adapt to your prior mental models.

Knowledge construction is a fundamentally different approach than teaching by lecture (which is what KA essentially is).
