I'd peel those I couldn't finish, stuff them in the freezer, and finish the frozen banana treats later. If you don't peel the skin, it'll be impossible to peel frozen. Put it in the fridge, it'll turn into brown mush
Sometimes I force feed myself & regret my life choices instead
