There’s always a negative consequence to every action, just because the adult using the kid things they’re fine or the kid thinking it was a positive experience doesn’t mean there was no harm done. Trauma, psychological conditions, or physical injury are real things.

Let’s say a kid has a positive feeling about their abuse they experienced at age 7, and at a mature age they still think it was fun. Behind the scenes, their fragile and develiping brain was rewired and their sense of reality was distorted leading to unprecedented consequences.

Stockholm syndrome, personality disorders, depression, distorted sense of sexuality, these things will come with prepubescent children engaging in sexual activity no matter what they think they feel. Laws exist to prevent this, and parents have a right to protect their kid.

The Stockholm syndrome implies that there is an aggressor with whom the victim would identify (a survival mechanism). This applies to situations of unequivocal abuse, but it is begging the question to simply assume uncommon ideas must be based on identification with an aggressor.

There is an aggressor if there's minor-adult contact, the adult is the aggressor. No matter what justification you make, they are an aggressor. Also stockholm syndrome does not mean that there's always a forceful action.

By the term aggressor I meant someone who coerces another person into doing something he/she would rather not do. It does not have to involve physical force. Some relationships are initiated by the minor, so it is really out of the question that ALL of them involve aggressors!

The adult has the ability to be responsible and not sexually engage with the child. There is always an aggressor, the adult, whether it's forceful or they manipulate, or the child appears curious and willing. The adult has the responsibility to not engage, not the child.

Assuming you're right about this, this still does not mean that the term "aggressor" is adequate here. Although I'm not a native speaker of English, to me it seems that aggressor is not synonymous with seductor or player.

"Aggressor" as used there is another anti-sex dysphemism, like they also use words like "assault" and "rape" about consensual acts. It's really hard to take these people seriously because they are so intellectually dishonest.

It can’t be a consensual act if it’s with a child, it is rape and the adult is the aggressor in the situation because in rape and abuse cases there’s a aggressor.

Even if you believe they can't consent, that doesn't give you the right to imply violence where there is none, which is what words like "aggressor" and "rape" do.

Statutory rape. In abuse and rape cases, there’s an aggressor. Lack of pain or suffering doesn’t preclude sexual violence. For example, psychological intimidation, manipulation, blackmail, etc. To call these things not violent means you probably should rethink yourself.

I am not denying there can be a variety of types of violence, but we weren't discussing that. You pretend there always must be an aggressor and violence just because the law defines it as illegal, which is absurd, yet that is literally how dishonest people like you are.

You’re just making excuses, really. It’s wrong to fuck kids and they can’t consent, sexual violence isn’t only when you hurt them and you resort to “You are appealing to law.” No real point in talking to you.

So you believe sexual violence can be decreed into existence by an arbitrary law. I honestly don't understand how anybody can believe this, but suit yourself.

Children can’t consent to sex. That’s a fact, one which you are currently denying without any evidence to back your claim. Sex without consent is by definition sexual assault. Which is a crime which *must* have an aggressor. If you think kids can consent, show proof.

And don’t move the goalpost by saying we need to prove they can’t. You’re the one making a dangerous and harmful claim. So you need to show it’s actually not those things with proof. If you can’t, then your argument is simply weak.

Also in case you *do* still request proof they can’t consent @wierstamann Do you have any studies that give any evidence for that?

It is self-evident that they can consent. You can, however, choose to criminalize, sometimes for good reasons up to a point (13 in my view). What you cannot do is change reality by law, and we are not fooled by your insane distortions that there is violence when there is none.
