Everyone wanting to emigrate to America takes an IQ test proctored at their nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. Anyone found to have an IQ lower than 110 is not allowed to emigrate. Problem solved. You're welcome.
-
Not sure you've thought that one through - every immigrant would then be more intelligent than 75% of Americans. You know who will be doing all the burger flipping then!
-
Actually, I've thought it through more than you have. Anyone with an IQ 110 or over and not already emigrated to the U.S. has already "made it" outside the U.S. and thus has no desire to emigrate or is too lazy - and we don't want lazy people who won't work hard.
-
Oh OK - that sounds perfectly reasonable then.
