What about: get genome sequenced, then predict what you'd look like if you had different genes, then use gene therapy to edit your genome to look like that.

Would require some biotech engineering, no doubt. I'm envisioning something that reverts you to a "younger" state so that much of your skeleton becomes more cartilagenous and malleable, and you go through another "puberty" where your bones reset.
