A key concept of microaggressions is that they are frequent, minor occurrences that add up over time. If it's rare, it hardly fits the bill.

Did you actually read the study? Even the abstract? It is a meta-analysis. Not a study. Also, it has nothing to do with the frequency of microaggressions or so called 'racist' encounters.

Yes, but it has nothing to do with frequency of encountering microaggressions, only that there are papers out there linking racism to negative health effects.
