A pairs with T, assume SNPedia is reporting from the complementary strand indicated on 23andMe I wrote A/T to sort of try to smooth over this but I see I only made things worse :c
i wld b happier w/ this inference if the numbers on 23andme and on snpedia matched
re: position disagreements. welcome to the joys of 23andMe (and most of the genetics world) still using the older GRCh37 reference, while SNPedia (and many research oriented sources) have moved to the newer GRCh38.
