To end this, no one will change my mind. Prostitution is human trafficking. If you want to sell your body then there are safer ways of doing that, like becoming a professional escort. Prostitutes should not be punished, they are victims of this. There needs to be reform +

*there are safer ways of doing that through vetted agencies so that parties on both ends are safe. Safety first, always. I said escorts originally bc apparently they’re the same in the U.S. but different in other places but y’all know what I mean.

Independent workers on the street is exactly who pimps and traffickers target. So yes, they should go through a third party because it ensures better security. Why can’t you understand that? Also, if you read my thread I already talk about the criminalization reform.

Have you noticed that actual sex workers are strongly disagreeing with you on this thread? What can you conclude from that?

Facts? Excellent. Two places have decriminalisation - New Zealand & NSW Australia. Trafficking rates virtually zero. Conclusions Sienna?

1. Everywhere has human trafficking. It touches every single country so to say it has zero isn’t true and is very ignorant. 2. New Zealand is a good example because it’s heavily regulated & have districts where it’s allowed. If legalized, it needs to be regulated as much.

You fail to grapple with the following issues: 1. You have no data to support your fantastic claims. 2. You fail to quantify these phenomena. How much trafficking? How is it defined? 3. Your economic theory of regulations is sadly underdeveloped and ill-conceived.
