I would go with "Thanking you," "Govern yourself accordingly," or "For Dewey, Cheatham, and Howe,"
-
When I send a letter from a client and I don't want to be even remotely polite I just use "For [Client]," but that's not a personal closing.
-
If it was personal I'd go with "Thank you for your attention to this matter," or "Thanking you," depending on subject and expected action.
-

-
I've written a few passive-aggressive letters in my time.
-
However, I learned from a master. The office manager at my first real job, God rest her soul, could write technically polite letters you could cut diamonds with.
-
"Thanking you" was her way of saying "Give us back the prototype or write us a check, you worthless glob of camel spit."
