just occurred to me I eat a ton of soy sauce on my rice and chicken hsould I be Concerned about hrmones or something

nope, soy sauce is fermented and that gets rid of most of the phytoestrogens. also amount-wise that would be trivial anyway.

fun fact: most of the common ways of eating soy in the east actually mitigate phytoestrogens a lot, plus they have genetic adaptation for it
