I'd expect it would take some kind of merger but if I had to pick one it would be Amazon, which knows the distribution networks.

Also Bezos's hunger to expand knows no bounds. It would surprise me if Amazon expanded into defense, but not that much.

It would be in Lockheed's interest to cooperate with amazon if they want their population to consent to rule.
