This was my criticism of Holly getting the 135 title shot against Ronda. Her fight with Reneau showed that doesn't pull the trigger.

What I didn't take into account is that Ronda fights like a pissed off 15 year old, forcing Holly to use her skills to truly fight.

But we see it again tonight. Holly throws punches that she has no intention of landing. Usually those punches set up leg kicks, but >

her leg kicks just don't do enough damage to make it worth it. It doesn't seem like her strategy is to go Jose Aldo and snap your leg.

Basically Holly's game plan is to pepper her opponent with leg and body kicks, and then hope her opponent opens herself up to something big.

When both her and her opponent are in fighting stance, Holly shows no intention of wanting to actually land anything except leg/body kicks.

And when her opponent fires at her, her main goal seems to be to circle away.

Anyways, no one cares so I'll stop. My point is that Holly is an incredible striker who uses her tools incredibly poorly.
