just paid off some loans my dad made to me back when i was in school feels weird, liminal. moreso than eg paying off my actual student loans would be one of the last major supports i had before practical independence being resolved and made good

My parents as well... $20,000 @ 8% interest, 10 year note Paid em off in 5 23 years later business grosses~ 3 million annually. I'm forever grateful
