prob regret this, but how is it that KR was justified in using deadly force against an unarmed man bc he claims to have feared for his life, yet no one else in the area was justified in using force or attempting to disarm KR on the same grounds after watching him kill someone?

you probably want to pitch these to an actual lawyer--self defense law seems very particular and varies from state to state common components include requirements that another has the (1) means, (2) intent, and (3) opportunity to hurt you but then there are a billion other bits

thanks for the civil response, eigen - i'm well aware how high passions are about this, which is why i've said so little about it fwiw i don't think the guy is obviously guilty - i just don't think it's obvious that he's not
