prob regret this, but how is it that KR was justified in using deadly force against an unarmed man bc he claims to have feared for his life, yet no one else in the area was justified in using force or attempting to disarm KR on the same grounds after watching him kill someone?

i Think the actual answer is that in this case KR was retreating and they were chasing him which obviates some condition for claims of self defense

so if i'm in a mall, hear a gunshot, look to my left and see one man standing over another repeatedly shooting him, i have to just assume he had a good reason for it and refrain from trying to disarm him if i see an opportunity? again, i'm not trying to provoke
-
no no not at all i imagine in that case you could shoot him, defense of another is valid "what if he was defending himself" there are a bunch of things about what a "reasonable" person would think in your shoes
