indeed the rules vary naught in circumstance excepting subtle terminology: 1. The weapon is ALWAYS loaded 2. Do not point the weapon at anything you do not intend to destroy 3. Do not put your finger on trigger until ready to fire 4. Be sure of your target and what's behind it
