Agree. But the world did not sign up for monetary policing by the US, which is why said countries are looking at RMB transactions.
The world did not sign up for the US to control how they spend their money, no. If they did, they would just be vassals of the US. The US is effectively debasing AFN without the Afghan govt's approval, and such a decision is sole authority of the Afghan govt.
