Single-occupancy bedroom with common spaces is how I lived for three of four years at college, and it was great, although granted they all had windows.

Yeah the size of the rooms and the pod arrangement seems pretty conventional, the no windows thing seems like the insane part to me.

They've economized to that extent that there are no windows, and the price tag per student is still 300K. godddamn impressive waste, if you ask me. I can do some stacked modular containers, few carpenters and a welder, and I should come in at 5K or so a student.
