The question does make sense. The policy says "We may share all of the information we collect with a parent, subsidiary, or other affiliate of our corporate group." He is asking whether a specific company is included in it that not. That really is a yes or no question.

At one point it did seem the guy said they are not sharing that info. But at the same time he refused to say the answer was just plain No. That suggests they think they are permitted by that policy to share it with the company named.

probably but i can see the question being phrased in such a way that they could not be doing what its implied theyre doing while still resulting in a charge of perjury congressmen are cops too
