I can relate to many animals, so probably quite a few generations. Lotta the ancient pan-animal stuff (play, work, sleep, communication, hierarchy, etc) is too useful to get junked.

Went 4-10 generations, I’m imagining at most that even in the most techno accelerationist timeline, the technology they have will be understandable from a modern perspective, and even though it will change the world it will be in ways I can mentally if not physically comprehend
