Okay, I know i have a lot of gym-frequenters among my mutuals, so I need your advice. How do I best fix anterior pelvic tilt? I've pretty much destroyed my back curvature during my late teens/early 20s, and now I'm trying to fix it. What's the best way to do this?

Seconding deadlifts, imo it's very good to have soft ways in (stretches/breathing/targeted relaxation etc) and then - yeah. Deadlifts. Kettlebell swings are also amazing.

I don’t know if I would do either of these until the tilt got a bit resolved. If you can’t hold your lower back in a near “neutral” position you could injure yourself

Deadlift feels like a dangerous exercize for a beginner with bad posture tbh. I'd suggest figuring out a daily 30 minute stretching routine and lots of body weight core exercizes. Bridges and planks are cool.
