Yes, this is a washing machine drain. The black corrugated pipe just sticks in about a foot. It's important that there is a gap for air to flow in/out - don't try to seal it with anything. There's a p trap in the wall somewhere.

There's often a plastic bracket thing that holds the black pipe in a U shape so it hooks onto the wall and doesn't fall out as easily. Morlock's suggestion of zipties seems like a good precaution if you don't have that.

zip tie the black tube to the faucets, so it can't wiggle loose and then dump water on the floor
