started to diligently keep notes about what im supposed to be doing at work and a schedule for when im gonna finish it day to day finally clicked with me today after 25 years refusing to use planners. i get it now feels like a major level up

just realized I have a deep-seated aversion to scheduling work activities since my early childhood at least no idea why i decided to hate doing this but it feels insane in retrospect is this unusual

Yeah as an adult it totally makes sense, but I'm saying I think that early experience is why I have an instinctive dislike and I'd guess that some others are in the same boat
