tbh I find it stressful to work without one now. having a schedule puts a limit on things. before I would feel like there is infinte time and procrastinate.

Having any kind of set schedule gives me a weird panicky feeling, like I’m trapped; this makes it hard for me to get many things done and I would like to overcome it, but am not sure how. =(

so what I did was 1. list of everything that I want to do and bullets of the steps I need to take to get to the next stage 2. split those tasks up across my workweek, timing for deadlines etc
