There's an argument against the idea that it's racist to e.g. seek racial "diversity" per se. It's not a good argument, and often made in bad faith, but it's worth considering. I know of no plausible argument that we're not only wrong but racist for holding that belief.

isn't "i'm not racist" just a subset of "i'm not susceptible to bias/fallacy"? and we know that the latter is generally false as usual i think it's just disagreement over the map, not disagreement over what's actually in the territory
